JOB DETAILS
Screen short listed candidates through extempore and conduct the final personal interview rounds.
Making offer letters and explaining the same to them.
Inform training manager and AVP - Recruitment of the total number of new joiners.
Coordinate with external agencies for interview scheduling for all positions, updating agencies on commercial terms and conditions, give them feed back on candidates.
Coordinate with ad agencies for any changes in the ads.
Coordinate with finance & follow up on settlements of payments to external agencies.
Maintain report on - weekly number of walk-ins, number of offer letters made, no of employees joined in that week, month.
Maintain a record of invoices sent to finance, invoices settled.
Required Candidate profile
Should be from BPO Background.
Minimum 1 Year experience into Lateral Hiring.
Should be Flexible with Mid Shifts.
Should be comfortable travelling till Bhayander.
